Geraldine discovered through personal illness, the natural healing abilities within each one of us. We heal and restore harmony and balance when we treat ourselves holistically, incorporating the spirit, mind, emotions in addition to our physical body.

Geraldine's recovery through taking this approach led her to study energy healing and vibrational plant remedies. It was an unexpected but very welcome bonus that this approach also had a profound affect on her struggle with anxiety and depression.

She is now a Master Teacher of Usui Reiki and Seichim SKHM All-Love. She also holds a diploma in Sound Healing and runs weekly Sound Baths (incorporating mindfulness) in Galway & Mayo. Geraldine is trained in The Emotion Code using magnetic healing, Soul Retrieval, Healing of land & homes, Phytobiophysics Heartlock, and Angel Card readings. She is also a qualified interior designer and a Feng Shui Master. 

Geraldine has immense faith and only channels healing energy from the highest source of Divine Love. Her work is spiritual and she works with all or no religion. The only requirement is an open heart...

Geraldine says

" I believe that we can re-tune our lives and enjoy good health and peace of mind when we take a holistic approach. I believe everything has it's place and that conventional and holistic medicine can compliment each other to enable us to live our best life.

We were all born equal, there is no guru outside of yourself. My approach is to empower you to connect to your own inner wisdom. 

It wasn't until I learned for myself that I was more than a brain walking around in a body that I truly felt like there was more to life. Reiki 1 changed my life! It reconnected me with myself and there is nothing "airy fairy" about being comfortable in your own skin. I never intended to do this work professionally, but eventually felt compelled to help others that I knew were struggling as I had.

I have a special affinity for helping children & teenagers as I think it is such a gift to be awakened to your own innate power from an early age.

I love nothing more than to see people (of all ages) shine as the special gifts they were always intended to be."
